January Activities
SKCC -Straight Key Century Club's Anniversary Event
CQ CQ CQ ...
CW enthusiasts will be hearing a lot more activity on the bands this
January as thousands of SKCC members enjoy QSO's with other SKCC
members as well as non-members, commemorating SKCC's 3'rd Birthday.
SKCC will also have event stations operating in all US call areas,
including Alaska and Hawaii, under the call K3Y, throughout the event.
Members will exchange member numbers for their SKCC logs, similar to a contest, but the event is not a contest and rag chews are not discouraged. The exchange is:

SKCC is a club dedicated to straight key and manually generated Morse code operators. Members are required to use straight keys, bugs and cooties to make contacts with other members rather than electronic sending devices. To learn more about SKCC and the event, please visit the website.
